Dream First (Enjoy Creating the Exact Living Space that you Desire)
There are so many different products to choose from when you are building a new home or remodeling your kitchen, bath, home office or family room. Most people look around and get 2-5 price bids for their project, getting more confused as they go from store to store. Being product focused can bring on confusion and anxiety. Product driven companies will match you to product first every time to make sure they hit their quotas.
These practices become a big problem for the client who needs help and guidance through the beginning stages of their project. It is tough for them to sift through the noise of; “buy this or buy that” from each salesperson they encounter. Confusion leads to a slow down of the decision process and the result is making a quick decision because of time frame. In the end, after they have moved in to their new space, regret turns into anger months and years later.
Our Dream First concept was introduced many years ago after extensive research with the buying habits of our trade in new construction and remodeling. Interviews with past and future clients revealed this phenomenon. So many times in the buying phase, the lack of good questions and listening from kitchen sales designers were lacking. This leads to inaccurate pairing of a design and product to the client. Our concept is designed around the questions that we ask and the careful listening that our designers do. We take this info and combine our expertise and come up with designs and products that suite the client so that in the end, they are happy with their decisions.
In an industry that is full of half truths and horror stories from friends and or relatives, clients are at the mercy of an individual or company. Jobs that go wrong are more about the people you choose more than the product. Your future happiness depends on these decisions in the beginning so take the time to interview the right people. Good businesses have processes and systems, don’t be afraid to ask what they are. Do you have a new project in mind? Dare to Dream?
